Write down the steps you will take to reach that goal. Plan it out and add a rough timeline.
Keep positive thoughts. Positive thoughts lead to positive actions and brings positivity to you.
Give yourself treats along the way for steps that you accomplish. This could be new jeans, for keeping to your exercise and weight loss goals or a new piece of tech for your business accomplishments.
Get organized and try to minimize distractions. If you know you can't work with noise, keep the room quiet and distraction free. Set up a quiet work spot, shut off the phone, and get to work.
Rally against procrastination. The best way to get anything done is to just start. If you don't feel you have enough time for a full amount of time, then accomplish what you can in the time you have. A few smaller sessions can accomplish as much as a full, long session. Waiting for the perfect amount of time may mean you get nothing accomplished.
Try not to multitask. Focusing on the task at hand exclusively can be much more productive. Stay in the moment and accomplish one goal at a time.
