On April 20, 2026, Andrew Romano of BOLD Real Estate, Inc in Mattapoisett, MA was selected as the newest member of NAR's top REALTOR list for 30 Under 30!
There were 280 applications for this year’s 30 Under 30 class, and the 30 who emerged are thriving for many of the same reasons agents and brokers have always succeeded—they are committed to creating the best possible experience for buyers and sellers. Their niches cover everything from modular homes to luxury properties, but every one of them is going out of their way to add value for their clients and their community.
From those initial 280 applicants, the judges narrowed the field to 50 remarkable finalists. Then, April 8-15, they turned decision-making over to the public to award one Web Choice winner a guaranteed position in this year’s 30 Under 30. The remaining 29 honorees were hand selected by the judges from the original 50 finalists.

Andrew is deeply committed to serving the LGBTQ+ community and creating a real estate experience that is inclusive, affirming and grounded in trust. As an openly gay man, he understands firsthand the fears and barriers that members of the community may face, particularly concerns around discrimination during one of the most significant financial decisions of their lives. For many, those concerns alone can be enough to delay or prevent taking the first step toward homeownership. Andrew takes great pride in providing a space where clients feel supported, respected and heard, and in guiding them confidently from their initial questions through a successful closing.
In addition, as a millennial, many individuals in his network believe homeownership is out of reach. Andrew finds it incredibly rewarding to help clients move beyond that belief by connecting them with trusted lenders, developing realistic financial road maps and remaining by their side throughout what can be a lengthy and emotional process.
Andrew does not just ‘talk-the-talk’ when it comes to being involved in the community and in policy that shapes homeownership. Andrew is a former member of the Zoning Board of Appeals and a current member of the Select Board in his Town. Further he is an officer in the local real estate association and participates in the Massachusetts and National associations as well.
