Here are links for the Google Forms you need to use to manage the financial side of your transactions! There are 4 forms to choose from depending on whether you are turning in a check to the office or requesting payment from BOLD.  Please choose the appropriate form and fill it out completely.

Note: If the office receives a check or Deposit Link payment associated with one of your transactions, you will be notified and asked to fill out the form. If you are dropping off the check at the office please deposit it into the locked box near the agent mail slots, text Tracey at 508-208-3285 to notify her, and fill out the appropriate BOLD Google form. 

If you need a check for your closing please request it the week prior to the closing so the office has enough time to process your request. 

All commission requests will be processed the Monday following the closing provided any incoming Commission Checks have been deposited and cleared by the bank and you have completed all steps to close out your transaction. 

1) Closing Worksheet & Commission Check Request Form - Use this form when you have a closing. This form should also be used for rentals.

2) Excess Deposit Check Request Form - Use this form when you need a check for closing. RE: You are the listing agent and there is more being held in escrow than BOLD is due for Commissions.

3) Return of Escrow Check Request Form - Use this form when you need to return escrow money to a party in a transaction. NOTE: This cannot be done until Patti has received the Mutual Instructions to Release Funds from Escrow signed by both parties.

4) Check Deposit form - Use this form when you are turning a check into the office to be deposited.
