In 2005, Patricia A. McArdle opened her law office, Patricia A. McArdle & Associates, PC, in Mattapoisett, specializing in residential real estate transactions and land use issues.   

BOLD Moves Real Estate, owned by Kate Lanagan MacGregor, launched in 2006 as a response to the evolution of the market due to the rise of the internet and knowing that buyers and sellers were going to need a new type of real estate agency to serve their needs.

Fast forward to 2019 where real estate information is abundant and free flowing online.  All that data needs to be interpreted and applied by Real Estate Professionals who have superior training and skills.  And with the fast flow of real estate agreements, via e-signings and online auctions, legal counsel is a must to ensure a smooth transaction for every buyer and seller.  BOLD Real Estate, Inc is the merger of both worlds to ensure that our clients have the best representation in every transaction.
