Our home buying experience was not cut and dry at all and Kristin was there talking us through every single hiccup and hurdle. She helped us from start to finish making sure we were all set with a preapproval and explaining what to expect when looking for houses in our price range. We fell in love with our house but it took a lot of different approaches to actually get our house due to some issues with septic and paperwork as well as renegotiations. We relocated to the South Coast in August 2023 from Vermont. Having a furnished rental in Marion for 10 months allowed us to become more familiar with the towns that we were interested in.
